The Work of the Public Relations Group

To support the work of the GCMT, the Public Relations Group, one of six task and finishing groups, has been established.

The Public Relations Group is tasked with developing website content and appearance, producing press releases and communications for dissemination to the council members, reviewing and updating complaint and disciplinary procedures.

Members of the Public Relations Group: Earle Abrahamson, Yvonne Blake, Carole Preen and Sarah Catlow.

Lead – Earle Abrahamson

Objectives:

Produce content for advocacy.

Develop and audit website content.

Produce communications for members including but not limited to complaints procedures and industry specific updates.

Liaise with the leads from each committee to ensure their committee is fully supported.

Support the development of GCMT resource material.

Support public/conference events.
